For patients
Your health history,
in your hands.
Lyvra brings your records, emergency information, insurance and the people you care for into one health identity, and lets you decide who sees what, for how long.

Your longitudinal record
One record that grows with you.
Results, reports, prescriptions and documents from different clinics come together, organised by visit and over time. Each one keeps where it came from.
- Organised by visit, or as one timeline
- The source of every record, kept with it
- The same measurement followed across years

Emergency
The essentials, ready when it matters.
Blood type, allergies, current medications and an emergency contact, in a large high-contrast screen you can show from your phone.
- Shows what you recorded, clearly marked when something is missing
- Works from your phone in seconds

Insurance and travel
Coverage and plans, kept with your health.
Keep your insurance policy with your health identity, and add upcoming trips so your health context travels with you.
- Your policy details in one place
- Shared only when you choose to include them
- Upcoming trips on your Health ID

Sharing and consent
Share a view, not your whole life.
When a clinician needs your information, you choose the hospital, the reason, what they can see and for how long. They scan a short-lived code; access ends on time, or whenever you decide.
- Your whole record, one visit or selected items
- Time-limited and revocable
- Every view recorded in your activity

Family
Care for the people closest to you.
Connect with immediate family and decide, in each direction, who can see what. You always see who looked at your wallet, and when.
- Separate permissions in each direction
- View, or view and share
- Family activity on your wallet

Aya
Understand your own record.
Aya reads the records in your Lyvra account and tells you where each answer comes from. It explains results in plain language and helps you prepare for appointments. It does not diagnose.
- Plain-language explanations
- Preparation for your next appointment
- Answers that point back to your records
Privacy and control
Built so that you stay in charge.
Lyvra is designed around patient control: consent enforced by the server, time-limited access, a record of every view, and the ability to delete your account.
Who can see my records?
Only the people you authorize. When you share, you choose the hospital, the reason, what they can see and for how long. You can end access at any time, and every view is recorded in your activity.
Does Lyvra replace my hospital’s records?
No. Hospitals keep their own records. Lyvra gives you one place to bring your history together, with the source of each record kept, so it can follow you between providers.
Is the emergency screen connected to emergency services?
No. It is a clear, high-contrast page on your phone with the information you chose to record, ready to show someone helping you.
Does Aya give medical advice?
Aya explains what your records say and helps you prepare for appointments. It does not diagnose or replace your clinician. For anything urgent, contact your care team or local emergency number.
Can I delete my account?
Yes. You can ask to delete your account and your records from the app. Our Privacy Policy explains what happens to your data and how long certain information is kept.
How do I get Lyvra?
